AITA for not attending my friend’s child-free wedding even though she offered a “solution”?

Do these people wanting a child-free wedding not have any family members who are children, and do they not care about their nieces or nephews not being there for their wedding? If I were getting married I would 100% want my little niece to be there, and she’s less than a year old! Even if she doesn’t remember anything when she gets older, it’s still special for her to see the photos of being there, and for me to remember seeing her beautiful smiling face at my wedding.

Woman with medically fragile 9-month-old gets invited to a child-free wedding, she can’t afford a babysitter so refuses to go, resulting in the bride guilt tripping her
Welcome back ladies and gentlemen of the internet. It's interesting to see the hype and popularity around child-free weddings lately. I'm all for child-free anything, but a wedding? Many other things should be child-free, but aren't. Airplanes should be child-free, movie theaters should be child-free. But a wedding? It's a day of celebration with friends and family, which will automatically include children. Do these people wanting a child-free wedding not have any family members who are children, and do they not care about their nieces or nephews not being there for their wedding? If I were getting married I would 100% want my little niece to be there, and she's less than a year old! Even if she doesn't remember anything when she gets older, it's still special for her to see the photos of being there, and for me to remember seeing her beautiful smiling face at my wedding.
In the story below, a couple is having a child-free wedding, and the protagonist is a guest who's invited. She doesn't just have a 9-month-old baby, but the baby has some medical issues that takes a skilled and trained babysitter to manage. She politely declines the invitation, knowing she doesn't have a sitter and can't afford one, but her friend guilt trips her anyway.
